This means that servers are doing the best they can and in spite of a short wait to get served they were excellent. We’ve been here a couple times and both times had excellent food and great drinks. Her knowledge of the food and drink choices were spot on. She was extremely friendly and professional. Our meals were fresh and delicious. We have never dined at an authentic Turkish restaurant, but after eating here we were ready to jump on a plane and go.
