We went on Christmas Eve for drinks at the bar with friends and then a 5 course prix fixe dinner for 2. Both experiences were fabulous. Quality bartender and the table service team was top notch: professionally urgent, menu advice, flexible to small adjustments, on top of clearing and packaging to go, no time holes in waiting for food or drinks, EXCELLENT FOOD. I am embarrassed I lived in Philly for 21 years before coming here. I have been missing out. Will definitely be back.

Went for brunch with small kids m. Again Chris was our server, amazing experience, very attentive and fun . Will go back

David Falcone is such a fantastic performer and really made mine and my date’s night. we stayed his whole performance!! also the pumpkin burrata & acorn squash was DELISH 🫶🏻 <— that’s for you david!!

Roxanne’s New Chapter is Even Better Than Before! Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Roxanne in its new location, and let me tell you—it’s a revelation. While the original spot was already exceptional, this new chapter elevates the experience in every way. The tasting menu strikes the perfect balance of honoring beloved classics while introducing bold new favorites. Longtime fans will be thrilled to see signature dishes like the scallop and duck make a triumphant return, each as flawless as ever. But the new additions are equally dazzling—particularly the rigatoni, octopus, and scallop, each a masterclass in flavor and technique. And then there’s the cheeseburger. Magical doesn’t even begin to cover it. Imagine all your expectations of a burger, then multiply them by ten. The genius behind it all is Chef Alex - an original in every sense. Her creativity is matched only by her warmth, making the dining experience feel both elevated and personal. She’s not just redefining what great food is—she’s redefining how it feels to enjoy it. If you haven’t been to the new Roxanne, run, don’t walk. It’s a culinary triumph that honors its past while paving the way for an even brighter future.

Very much enjoyed our Monday-evening dinner with friends. On a Monday evening, it was quieter toward the front, but the back room was energetic. The decorations were festive, perhaps for the holidays, perhaps year-round--we'll have to return to find out! Service was terrific and the food delicious. We shared: - Guacamole de la casa (3 guacamoles: mango, spicy, and regular), each of which were tasty and everyone had a different favorite! - Chips con 3 salsas (red, green, and borracha), each of which were tasty and I couldn't pick a favorite! Two diners had the Quesabirrias tacos and one the Lengua tacos--everyone was pleased with their order. I tried the Carne Asada from the grill and while the sweet plantains were prepared in a drier/crispier style than I prefer, the meat was perfectly seasoned. We shared an order of churros and tres leches cake--the latter was drier than expected, but the 3 churro-lovers thought they were terrific (crispy on the outside, softer on the inside).
