Over the years we had heard of this fine restaurant during casual conversations with people, so finally we decided to find out what kind of place it was and we’re pleasantly surprised at how nice and cozy the restaurant is. More than that the drinks are fabulous, the service is excellent and the food is amazing. I love the Brussels, the salmon and fish dinners are amazing with perfect presentation… but my husband loves the brisket burger the most. I highly recommend The Vault for all occasions. Both entrees were delicious, and the salad was fantastic (super fresh and the dressing was bright and flavorful). Wonderful service from kind ingratiating wait staff who care about your experience and cater to your needs! Our waiter expertly recommended to us how the cut of each steak should be ordered for optimal flavor. The comforting and satisfying sides were beautifully served and dished out for us adding to our feelings of being taken care of! My husband and I enjoyed a romantic Christmas Evening dinner in one of their nicely appointed private booths. Understand the price is absolutely appropriate for the experience!
