Bowling Green Restaurants

This was our second time dining at Ulele and it was just as good if not better than the first. Despite it being Valentine’s Day the food and drinks came out in good time and everything we ordered was exactly as it should have been. The Barbacoa shrimp was delicious and the oysters are some of the freshest and best tasting we’ve had in Florida. Two of us ordered filet mignon medallions as a special and they were cooked perfectly. For dessert we had the bourbon butter cake with vanilla ice cream and it was the perfect end to a delicious meal. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we will definitely go back again!

Steak was cooked perfectly, spinach and wedge salad were also amazing! The pork chop was fantastic! And our table also raved about the Caesar salad. The staff was great. As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the host, the wait staff was attentive and even complimented my wife's dress. A gentleman (manager or owner) came by later and asked how everything was. The place is really pretty inside.

The only real problem was using OpenTable to make my reservations. In the future, I will just call the club and bypass open table. Open table made a mess of it.

Meat Market is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you know you're in for a treat. The happy hour is fantastic – a perfect blend of delightful cocktails and an ambiance that's both vibrant and relaxing. **Ambiance:** The weather couldn't be better for sitting in the garden. Whether you're there for a casual hangout or a special occasion, the outdoor seating makes for an exceptional experience. **Drinks:** The cocktails are top-notch, crafted with precision and creativity. The happy hour menu offers a great selection, ensuring there's something for everyone. **Food:** The highlight, however, has to be the food. The tuna tartare nachos are a must-try; they're fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The king salmon roll is another standout, with its perfect balance of taste and texture. Both dishes are highly recommended and exemplify the quality and care put into the menu.

Every year we meet friends here & enjoy a Spanish / Cuban meal in one of many rooms of this historic restaurant. There are three large parking lots, a gift shop and always a wait. Today we discovered that the restaurant is expanding and taking over the gift shop. The gift shop will be moving across the street. We always start with the sangria which Victoria prepared table side in a Spanish pitcher. The warm bread & 1905 salad is excellent. We shared 4 small devil crab croquettes, beef saltedo & we finished by sharing a warm white chocolate bread pudding. Portions were huge & prices reasonable. Our lunch was delicious. All four of us devoured our meals. We went next-door into the gift shop with a sell, their beautiful pottery, tiles, wine, cigars, cookbook, and ingredients
