The restaurant was full, but still felt cozy and warm. Carlos is our favorite waiter and he never disappoints. He always makes us feel like we are the most important patrons. We were able to change our reservation from 2 to 6 people earlier in the day. We were celebrating our anniversary. We had our wedding reception at Bistro l’Hermitage 6 years ago and it was a magical event that we will treasure forever. The entire waitstaff always make us feel like royalty! This time, they just seemed a bit more rushed. The quality of the food was not as good as our previous visits either. Several of the meat choices had more fat and grissel than I thought they should have. The grilled shrimp were good but a bit tougher than they should have been.
