Cheese wasn't a slice and could of used a stronger bun to hold juices. There was red juice all over the plate. Asked for pink, but it was really pink, so keep in mind since chefs have various views on that request. French fries were excellent, just wish it was fried in duck fat or beef tallow. But they were very good! Wedge salad was good. Tomatoes a little sloshy, but it is winter and customers have to keep that in mind. Service was excellent! Our waitress was very good.
