    Food and service are always impeccable. Celebrated a birthday and the atmosphere was excellent for the occasion. Bartenders were awesome.

    We have been to NY Prime a ton, we are local to myrtle beach. We go to NY prime because of the consistency in food and service. Our waitress was absolutely horrible and not up to par for the amount of money we spend on what we expect.

    We were disappointed in our lobster we ordered. It was scorched and tasted burnt and once we let staff and so called manager know it was not their normal quality he had little interest in making it right and offered us a free dessert. Not sure a 12 dollar dessert comes close to the 105.00 lobster we paid for that was scorched. I expect better quality for the cost I’m willing to pay when I visit a restaurant of this prestige.
