   Used to be a relatively great spot for a special event or a night out but not so anymore. Don’t bother making a reservation, they don’t care and you’ll wait at least half an hour. Dress code? They used to have one but must have lost it at some point. Guys with no shirts and just blazer jackets? Totally fine. Girls with actual lingerie and jackets? Say no more, you’re in the door. Food was previously served hot, though they can guarantee a lukewarm at best given how long it takes to get to the table and out.

   From start to finish, our experience was absolutely perfect. The ambiance was refined and inviting, creating the ideal setting for a memorable evening. But what truly elevated our visit was our server, Sean. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs from the moment we were seated. Sean’s recommendations, were spot-on and truly enhanced the entire meal. His attention to detail and personalized service made the evening feel extra special. As for the food – wow! The steaks and salmon were cooked to absolute perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a delight, and the sides were just as impressive. Overall, top-tier experience, and with Sean’s impeccable service, it’s one we’ll be coming back to again and again. Highly recommend!

   For the second time in a row, the service was sub par. The waiters just aren't what they were years ago. After responding we had been there before, the waiter proceeded to explain the whole menu to us until I said again --"we've been here previously." We can read also. No need to spend 10 minutes of our time telling us what we already know. Waiter also had difficulty managing a couple of diet preferences, that resulted in appetizer being brought with no sauce --as a surprise to whole table, and side dishes brought with sauce specifically asked to be changed in order. So effectively we were waiting most of the time for the right things to be brought to table while food got cold. Yet the hovering was way too much. Lastly the caviar which I always look forward to, was so fishy, I was afraid to eat it. The previous time the waiter was much worse, and back to back, for the prices, we expect the waiter to not become the problem. Service prevents me from booking more regularly. If you want some kind of production, this is the place, if you want seamless service where orders are presented with thought and timelines, and you are left to enjoy your meal without being constantly interrupted or having an extra guest at your party--the waiter-- this is a miss.

    we absolutely love Nick and Sam’s however it was extremely crowded and the tables were so close together. You could reach over and touch the guests next to you. I assume they added more tables because it is the holiday season and I hope this is not the new normal the food was outstanding as always, and very much worth the price and the service is always caliber level. We will be back looking forward to going again, however I hope it’s not as cramped.

   We ended up sitting in bar area and as always the service was impeccable as well as the food, but it was very loud. We would wait for dining room on next visit.

   The ambiance was perfect, the waiter Remington was stellar, the food was to die for. we had the 16oz ribeye steaks and they was cooked to perfection as well as the Chilean sea bass. The shareable sides were bar none we had the mac and cheese, bang bang broccoli and the short rib fried rice. The cotton candy martini were very enjoyable and the bday cake was massive and decadent. We will be back soon!

   We were a little disappointed in our evening. The service was impeccable, waiter fantastic. Our cocktails were perfect (and delivered very fast) and the wine selection was top-notch. However, our food was cold and our steaks were incredibly over done. I could not get over how “gluey” the mashed potatoes were. For the cost and our experience in other steak houses, we felt like this was not on par for Nick and Sam’s. The king crab was delicious, I must add! Additionally, we had two birthdays at our table. I assumed we’d get some sort of a dessert with a candle even if just a scoop of ice cream for a simple commemorative picture. I chose the restaurant for the birthday celebrations (we also live an hour away) and I guess they want you to purchase the giant bday cake slice or cotton candy. Again, for the cost of our meal, we were disappointed.
