   The restaurant has too many tables in the main dining room. Quality would be so much better with 1 less 10 top. It seems to show greed. I am also in the business. So I have knowledge of restaurants.

   Had a reservation for 8:30. When we entered the establishment we didn’t know why there was a crowd of people standing at the entrance. It was a crowd like at a crowded club saying excuse me every second. Once we told the host we had a reservation we realized everyone standing was still waiting on their table. These people had reservations literally at 7:00. This was after we stood there for 40 mins then asked the host how long the wait for the table would be. She pointed at the computer and said with an attitude all these people were here and waiting before you were. That was enough for me to leave. I don’t take an attitude from anyone where I want to spend my money. And I get that she may be frustrated as the place was super crowded but that’s no way to treat someone! I don’t know how the food was so I just gave it a 1 star. Based on the wait time I probably will not visit them again.

   everything was amazing, i had reservations for 7:30 and didn’t sit down until around 8:10, besides that it was great! Worth the wait.

   We waited 45 minutes to be seated for our 7:30 reservations and that was after we approached the manager twice. Once seated our waiter was great. Very knowledgeable could speak a little slower.

   Outstanding food is far FAR overshadowed by a complete breakdown in reservation and departure management. Greeted we were directed to the bar until our table was ready. Asking how much a wait it would be, she refused to say. People were eating at the bar and there were so many people waiting for a table, it was impossible to get a beverage. It felt like an overcrowded fire danger club. 46 minutes past my reservation spot, I was seated. Tables were absolutely jammed in so tight that this was no doubt a fire disaster. Departing, the valet was equally disappointing. Waited 20 minutes for the car. This isn’t a one night thing. This is how business is done here. Completely ignoring the reservation spots and system and guests own evening schedule. Speaking to the wait staff and other guests, 45 minutes PAST the reservation time is when you are seated. (Next table was over an hour wait!) . The matradee’s interaction was equally disappointing and so tense that I thought he was about to engage in combat for voicing my concerns Ordered birthday bottle of Champaign which was switched out by my server for a much more expensive ($300 more) vintage. I found this out later when reviewing my invoice. Its impossible in a dark setting to read labels. A Vintners label looks the same. Food is exceptional, but everything surrounding the food is absolute terribly run with a complete lack of customer care and hospitality. Zero courtesy given for destroying our after dinner schedule. Truly let down

   This restaurant does not honor reservations and could care less if you have one. I picked it for my birthday dinner, and when we arrived right on time, the place had too many people to count standing around waiting for a table and more kept coming in. The front desk could not tell us how long we would have to wait to even get seated, and after 40 minutes we just left. It was so chaotic in the place, it just didn't bode well for even getting a good meal. Will absolutely never ever attempt to go there again. There are too many other steak houses in this city to go to where a reservation would hopefully be respected.

   I thought the food was great, the service was good. It was very loud. I think the only issue I had was that we needed a reservation yet we did not get seated until 30 minutes after the set reservation, while there were tables open. I also was a bit confused after I checked in, wasn’t sure what my next steps were.

   Everything was amazing! Our waiter Ryder was on top of everything as well as the rest of the wait staff. The food was outstanding as usual.
