The ambience is a little bright for my taste, but I’m sure the older generations appreciate it. The service and food were excellent and the creme brulee was the best I’ve ever had!!

Exceptional food and service. Everything looked delicious it was hard to decide! Server directed us to tasty options paired with lovely wine. May have been the best crème brûlée I have ever had! We will be back!

Nicoletta’s is a favorite of ours. The food is always good, very fresh and perfectly cooked. Unfortunately, on our most recent visit there was a noticeable decrease in the quality of the service. There was a large party going on in one of the rooms, and it seemed that the waiters remaining in the main part of the restaurant were rushed and distracted. We were there for 2 hours and the waiter only approached our table 4 times—twice for orders, once to deliver food, and another to pay. We didn’t get drinks refilled once during that time despite asking. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Nicoletta’s.

I was disappointed because it was my bday and I hoped for a better table and not right to the piano where it’s sooo loud and you can barely talk to your guests .., I didn’t like the first option they offered but after that it got arranged! 👍 It was now the fourth time we came here in a very short time and we like it a lot!

The food was great, the service from our waitress was great. The staff greeting you when you arrived was okay, although many tables were empty, she still had us wait for 3 to 4 minutes. They have a large grand piano, to large for the space, making it difficult to have a conversation. All levels of conversation had individuals talking very ludly just so they could be heard from their partners. If you were seated in the other areas of the resturant it may not have been as bad, but in the main area, it just was obnoxious.

I love this place but made the mistake of asking for a table by the machine that wraps their takeout meals for sale. Same wonderful service and food but it was a bit challenging to hear each other over the machine’s noise. Stephanie, as always, was a delight.

Excellent dinner and the recent seating upgrades are lovely. Service by Rosie and Team was outstanding. The food was spectacular and we even met the chef. A wonderful evening topped off by live music.
