Nightcap was originally conceived as a place for sweet sustenance and sparkling cocktails. Since then, we have evolved into so much more. Our space is now known as a late night, date night spot for guests and friends alike. The cozy atmosphere is welcoming, romantic and is also a great place to dine solo. It’s a space to make new friends, enjoy some incredibly tasteful food and cocktails that aim to please. Nightcap carries an old school Austin vibe that is hard to be classified as a bar or restaurant. We like to consider ourselves as a nightly dinner party at your friends house. The idea is to come over, have a great time and let us clean up afterwards. On special occasions, glitter is our favorite color that is often paired with bubbles. We hope you join us for any occasion and truly enjoy your evening.

    The wait staff was extremely kind. I booked this reservation as a birthday gift to my spouse and they remembered my booking request to make it special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and assured we got all we needed during our dinning experience. Would definitely return again in the future!

    Amazing drinks and the burger and carnitas sandwich are on another level. Happy hour is killer and the vibe is best in Austin.

    Terribly slow service. Food was not good. Drinks were great. They seemed very understaffed. Wouldn’t go back

    Service was great. Ambience is beautiful Salad was good. Salmon was rather cold and dense. Chicken was great while squid was also good. Prices are higher than the quality of food warrants.

    We had the BBQ Shrimp, Carnitas Grilled Cheese, and the banana pudding with a bottle of wine. All of the food was excellent and the service was very fast. They also have a great taste in music. Nightcap is one of the best underrated restaurants in Austin

    This is our 2nd time here. Excellent service! Food was all around good. I had the Octopus which was okay. . . .. everything else was amazing! The AC didn't seem to be working well.
