   Booked a reservation two days prior and ended up still waiting 30-40 minutes to get seated, server was nice but nothing amazing, food was pretty good however I would not choose the spicy seafood soup again. Overall not bad but definitely not outstanding for the hype I’ve heard about it.

   A great omakase experience. Dallas is one of the best Nobu’s in the USA. Jose did an amazing job making our dining experience perfect.

   Food was mediocre at best. Service was mediocre. Made a note in the reservation it was my birthday. I made the reservation a month in advance and arrived well dressed. Got sat in what felt like an over flow room with absolutely zero ambiance and kids running around. Not a single happy birthday or even a dessert menu offered (not a deal breaker, just notable). Overall it was just a disappointing experience, this was my first time at NOBU and I had such higher expectations.

   This is one of my favorite places. The food is fantastic, good cocktails, and premium atmosphere. Tonight, the service was rather bad. I sat and waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. Then, it took another 15 minutes to get a cocktail, and the trend continued when our server was nowhere to be found to order our food. The potential to ruin our celebration was there, and it continued as the food was being served plates on top of plates instead of the traditional and timed one dish at a time. I will return as the food, luckily, continues to be great. But this one time, the Nobu experience felt short.
