Located in Philadelphia's Center City, Ocean Prime is a nationally acclaimed, dynamic seafood & steakhouse from the award-winning Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. Ocean Prime delivers an elevated experience with exceptional ambiance, a chef-curated menu, signature handcrafted cocktails, Wine Spectator honored wine list and genuine hospitality. Reservations are recommended.

Ocean Prime strives to provide an elegant, fine dining atmosphere. Our associates’ priority is to ensure your experience is memorable. Admittance to Ocean Prime is at the discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed in the following:
Revealing clothing or exposed undergarments
Clothing with offensive language, graphics or an excessive marijuana odor

We are happy to host larger groups. A 20% gratuity will be applied to parties of six or more. Parties of eight or more will be contractually held to a minimum spend and are required to provide a deposit.

    Great drinks. The staff was great. The server and the bar staff were both very attentive. Only complaint was that there scallops were overcooked. But it was New Years and they were busy. We still ate them so not bad enough to send back. Everything else was great. Will definitely return.

    Steak arrived well done when ordered medium rare. Lobster macaroni and cheese was overcooked leaving the fish chewy. Sea bass wasn’t even given salt and pepper. Drinks were sickeningly sweet. We also waited 30+ minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. A broke person’s picture of a “fancy” restaurant. Disastrous.

    Ocean Prime was fantastic! The service was excellent, they were very responsive and attentive and checked on us. Food was delicious! Definitely will be back again!

    This was a nice place, good ambiance and atmosphere. The cost was high for us with the portion size of things we received, honestly. We bought the dinner for two, and with one drink each it was $190. Dessert wasn’t brought, and we truly forgot to order it with the package we had. The steak was wonderfully cooked and the lobster was delicious. We had to ask for the butter to dip it in though. The drinks were well made, and the salad was delicious. The soup, not so good, ordered the lobster bisque and it was really thick, like too much flour and also no lobster in it,which would have given it a sweeter flavor. Overall, I would go back, but choose different items to try out.

    Our experience from the beginning with valet til the moment we were seated was everything and more. The waitress was tremendous, the environment was soothing and the food was fantastic. 20/10 highly recommended! Thank you to the staff that helped me make my night with my girlfriend special!
