We have a 15-minute cancellation policy with no exceptions.

Hibachi tables are set at 30-minute time slots
4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm.
If you reserve a time slot that is booked up, we will call you.

All parties with 1-13 people (including infants and children) will have a 1.5hr turn overtime.

Great place. However, extremely loud. Not sure why they have to have the music so loud in an already noisy atmosphere. Will most likely not go back because of this issue. Could not carry on a normal conversation.

always good food at Okko. It was an especially busy night - being a holiday weekend. The service kept up and there were no delays. Food came hot and tasty.

Had a great birthday experience at the hibachi grill. Great food and plenty of fun! Sushi was also excellent as usual, but did take longer than normal to arrive.

The experience as always was great. William was the best and always the star of the show. The food and atmosphere is always amazing and we always look forward to eating there.

The party room and table next to us received their food and left before our food arrived. We were at our table for 1 hour 45 minutes. One of our dishes had a very fishy toast and had to be returned. It was however removed from our bill.

I ordered sushi which was excellent. My husband decided on Pad Thai which was very sweet and different than he expected. He would not order it again.

We sat with other people at a hibachi table. We all talked and had friendly conversation. We all enjoyed our chef who prepared our food. He was very entertaining as he cooked our meals. There was a large menu to choose from and a great drink menu. It was my wife’s birthday and several other people who were dining. So the chefs started a round of happy birthday, which everyone joining in. She received a slice a cake. My wife commented how much fun it was.

We love OKKO but maybe not on a Monday night. Our food was just ok and usually it is knock it out of the park good. I ordered a dragon roll. It was loaded with avocado and cucumbers but I needed a magnifying glass to see the eel. Not the Dragon Roll I remember from my last visit a month ago. My husband raves about the hot and sour soup but that night it was just ok. We will be back but not on a Monday.
