   This is a must if you’re in Scottsdale. The ambiance is so nice whether seated inside or on the gorgeous patio. Great service, drink selections and food options. The salmon entree was great. Highly recommend!

   Being Vegan and Gluten Free is quite difficult. I would have thought that maybe a Fox Restaurant might have been able to accommodate. I ordered a scrambled bowl, vegan style. ie., no dairy, no eggs not meat. The server was gracious in helping to find this option and suggested it, as there was literally nothing else available. It was served cooked in butter with cheese. This took a good 15 minutes after placing the order. We had been seated at 1200 with reservations and it was now 1249. The repaired dish came about 10 minutes later. It was truly bad. I definitely won't ever return here or to any Fox restaurants again.

   I brought a business colleague to show him an awesome lunch on the Olive & Ivy patio and to relax from his trip. I made a reservation on the patio for 12/7/24 at 2 PM MST. As requested, we got to the restaurant and were seated outside on the patio. We waited almost 15 -20 minutes for the waiter. Another waiter had asked us if anyone was waiting on us, and we replied no one had been. Our waiter came up to the table and very nicely told us we had to be out of there in a half hour, by 3 PM, so they could set up for a holiday party. I was shocked and embarrassed that I had brought my business colleague here for a relaxing lunch and to chat, only to be told we had 30 minutes to eat and get out. It was so embarrassing as I had been talking about how lovely the restaurant patio was nonstop. My colleague suggested we leave to avoid any hassle because it was pretty clear the management wanted us out, so we left. The day was ruined as we searched for another restaurant to go to. I have never seen this unbelievable treatment in my life. Nothing on the reservation indicated the restaurant was closing at 3 PM. Absolutely nothing. No one notified me at the desk when we checked in. It was when we were seated. I am so disappointed in how we were treated and how badly this went. I wonder if Sam Fox still owned the restaurant if this would have happened. This may be how Cheesecake Factory runs its businesses. I don't know, but it was by far the worst treatment I have ever seen in the hospitality industry. I have our company staff holiday party on the patio, and I'm worried sick that there will be another debacle like the one I had today. I was blindsided by a situation that had nothing to do with me and everything to do with the convenience of the restaurant. It was really unbelievable and incredibly disappointing.

   I have been lunching here for years. Always a great experience. Food is always phenomenal as is the service. Best Old Fashioned in town. Highly recommend this restaurant

   We love Olive and Ivy! The open air ambience is lively and lovely. The food is outstanding-from the fresh bread at your table to the delicious deserts and everything in between. We recommend the arancini, the beet salad, the Veal & Spinach ravioli scallops, we could go on! Miles our server gave great recommendations for food and wine. Overall a wonderful evening!

   We had a wonderful meal at Olive & Ivy. The weight staff was very attentive, the decor very cool and the food was delicious. We would definitely come back.

   The calamari appetizer came out cold. Lamb meatballs are good - bread and presto is very good. Chicken Scaloppine was good but not great - very rich - chocolate cheese cake was the best! Good service -

    This is a fun, energetic and trendy place. The food is excellent. We had two bruschettas, a flat bread, lamb meatballs and the short ribs. They were all wonderful. And their focaccia bread served with pesto was terrific! Even though there was a large private party on part of the patio, we could hardly hear them. The sound didnt carry. And we loved sitting on the patio—plenty of heaters and a great view of the Christmas lights. We would definitely return here.
