If purchasing a dining experience package, tickets to the observatory are included! Your tickets can be picked up at the Guest Services desk in the lower lobby of One World Observatory.
For all patrons, we recommend arriving at least 45 minutes prior to your set reservation time to truly enjoy your dual access to ONE Dine and One World Observatory!
Reservations will be held for up to 15 minutes after set reservation times.

It was a once in a lifetime experience. We had decided to have my wife’s birthday meal there as the high point of a visit to NYC. We were treated to complimentary ‘fizz’, a card was waiting for my wife and the manager came out to meet us and to thank us for coming to the restaurant for her birthday. The food was excellent, the service friendly and welcoming and the ambience unique. It was an evening that will stay long in the memory. Thank you

After reading the reviews before going I was concerned as to what the experience would be like. As it turned out it was wonderful. We booked the lunch experience and we were a party of four. We had a perfect table with an unobstructed view in the bar area. Our servers were all wonderful. They were friendly and they provided top notch service. On the One Dine website it was hard to see what exactly the food choices were but they turned out to be perfect, not to mention the free drink which included anything you wanted from the drink menu. The whole time we were there our group could not get over how perfect the experience was. Of course we had a beautiful day and it was mid week so maybe not as crowded as it can get. But for $100 per person including, tax, gratuity and entrance fees to the tower it was, dare I say, a bargain.

We've visited the One Restaurant four times. I made a reservation at 1pm for 5. We arrived at 12:50. Restaurant didn't open until 1:10. We ordered by 1:30 and didn't get our food until 2:30. They continued to tell us it was because it was a new menu, but we were very disappointed to wait one hour with our 3 hungry kids. Our experience is usually very good but today's was unfortunately poor.

Certainly a lovely view, but the restaurant doesn’t exactly rise above the high expectations. Would have been nice to know it was $116 just to go to the observatory upfront instead of buried in the 5th paragraph of the email…that’s more than $1 per floor.

Obviously an iconic location. We were seated in the front of the back section next to the bar. So everyone in the restaurant going to the restroom walked within 2 feet of our table and people at the bar immediately next to us were loud enough to make conversation difficult. We waited more than ten minutes after being seated for a waiter to approach ; from there the service was fine. There did appear to be enough wait staff. The food was very good but the burata tomato salad did not indicate it is spicy but it was; very good but I would not have ordered it had I known. We split a burger and it is ok but nothing great.
