   Very nice visit. This was our fifth time eating at onesto and we visited for mother's day to escape the brunches. Made reservations and only had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for our table. Menu was new for spring and the selections were delicious. Service was very good. Drinks were good as well. Nothing exceptional, just a solid good meal, which is what we wanted and always receive here. The lemon dessert was interesting. Sort of a creme brulee attempt. We will go back of course, we always do. Love the bread!!! Highly recommend.

   After several years of not visiting Onesto it was good to find out they have kept up their standards for quality and service. Our dinners were excellent and the service was very good.

   We have been here several times in the past for lunch and dinner. Usually the service is top notch and the service is usually fantastic. We were sorely disappointed this visit for lunch. Service was slow and a drink order was forgotten. The bruschetta was very good as an appetizer One of us had the Arugula Beet salad. There was mostly arugula and very excited. One of us had the bolognase pasta. The pasta was like warm and the bolognase was hot. The pasta was overcooked and the whole thing was in a puddle of watery sauce. The lemon tiramisu was a nice finisher though.

   We went for our anniversary dinner. Food was excellent. Past is homemade. Great drink menu. Service was also excellent!

   The service was great our waitress was a pleasure. Overall the food was not what was expected based on reviews. Our party of 8 ordered lots of drinks, appetizers and in general food but the reviews were all for the most part underwhelming. As far as appetizers go we ordered the cheese board, olives, calamari, crab cakes and bruschetta. Of the appetizers the best was the calamari in a tomato sauce which went well with the bread option. The cheese board was very plain with the cheese being completely unremarkable, the meats uncomplementary and the only highlight on the board being the pickled onions. The olives I could have done without. The crab cakes were good but nothing note worthy. The calamari was the only appetizer we ate in it's entirety. The entrees for most lacked flavor and those who choose to take food home took nearly completely unconsumed dishes, as the food was simply lacking. I personally chose to leave what was not consumed. I won't take time to describe my wife entree of bolognese as it simply doesn't merit a review. The entree I initially ordered was the wagyu beef which unfortunately our waitress informed me was no avaliable. This was an absolute damper to the meal as it was the one dish stood out on the menu and also what I was looking forward to trying. The substitute was a flat iron steak with mushrooms and risotto. In my humble opinion my dish lacked execution. The risotto did not seem to be arborial rice and lacked my favorite component of the dishes naturally creamy mouth feel. What I received was more of a mushy short grain rice that simply was off putting. The flat iron steak was cooked well but was sinewy, chewy and coated with what felt like crunchy coffee grinds or pepper chunks that did not taste like much of anything. That being said the mushrooms were spectacular and the one thing I truly enjoyed.

   I would have rated them higher but a group of 4 people one order was wrong. One person had to wait for food. Other three had their dinner just about finished when the last dinner was delivered. There was no mention of a discount or future discount for the mixup and our disappointed dining experience. 🙁
