It comes from the Hawaiian word for Moonfish, which was once viewed as Good Luck by fisherman, & often given away as a gesture of Good Will.

The food was amazing! I had Vanessa as my waitress, and she was attentive, professional, and ensure that our evening was enjoyable. It was our first time eating at the restaurant, but will not be our last. Thank you so much and please give props to Vanessa for being a great waitress.

Seated promptly. Waited 15 minutes for our waiter. Waited quite a while for our food. Mussels scampi was tasty, but mussels smaller than a dime. Fish and chips very good. Waited again for the check. Understaffed

There were nine of us for a family dinner this evening and all I can say is it was absolutely fabulous. Food was beyond our expectations. Service was the best and the vibe is always great in this restaurant.

Great service and they sat us in a section of the restaurant that is not as noisy....as we requested. The food was delicious and hot....we had Ahi and Pork Chop. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful in describing selections on the menu. We will definitely return for another wonderful meal and great experience.

Excellent clam chowder. Fabulous pork chop, tender & moist. Fish & chips as good as before. Seared rare tuna & coconut rice wonderful. Service impeccable.

Kevin was an awesome waiter ! Really enjoyed him ! we had crab cakes filet mignon and pork chops . i it was excellent . took time for lights outside to come on but was just perfect .
