Well, we were big fans of this restaurant, but it didn’t hold up to its previous standards on this visit. Firstly, our server was slow, and disorganized. I wanted a bourbon to start, and they were out of the first commonly known 4 brands that I listed. The snails were the worst we’ve ever had. The tuna tartare was just so weird, none of us liked it. My partners Ahi wasn’t edible. On the upside, my duck was good, and another person had venison, and it was good. Overall though, we will never return. It was not a good experience overall, I would not recommend. Especially at their price point. If the owner is reading this, you should be embarrassed. Ruined our family Christmas outing. It was my idea to go to this restaurant, and I’m still getting complaints from my family!

Paon’s food is excellent and arrives hot and with great presentation. The setting is charming and the service is attentive, polite and friendly.

The waitress was awful. She don’t know the menu. She didn’t get the drink correct. She forgot the caviar on the order. She kept forgetting things all the time. I used to have a good experience here. This was not that at all. Even my son was like we shouldn’t come back. His burger was messed up as well. Food wasn’t great. Didn’t finish it and then took the rest home and also wasn’t good. Not sure what happened. But the experience is starting to suffer. Not the same place it used to be.

We were drawn to restaurant because of the Veal Sweetbreads. They were not the best but they are so hard to find. We enjoyed the beet salad, carpaccio, mussels, gnocchi, salmon tartare. The butternut squash soup was a little thin and not flavorful. We ate in the lounge, I really like the setting in there lounge. We look forward to our next visit.

Disappointed. Second time my expensive steak was overcooked. Not happy, but did not send back because I was not going to ruin the birthday celebration with the family. Not sure what is happening here. PAON has been one of our favorites the last few years. The salads were delicious…

alway a pleasure to dine here. Our Florida friends were very impressed. as I have stated before, a couple of vegitarian dishes would be welcomed but I always just get another appetizer or goat and beet salad which I love.

From the very friendly greeting to our departure was a good experience. The food was delightful. We had duck confit and sea bass after a shared salad. Everything was delicious.

Our waiter got one of our orders wrong. And to make it worse, he lied and said it'll be ready in 2 minutes, so we waited. It came out in about 7 minutes. The other food was cold already when we started eating. We only eat here for special occasions, so it kind of ruined the moment. My thought is that they should have restarted our orders or at least reheated the other food. But they still gave my wife their complimentary birthday dessert, so I guess it's okay.
