We didn’t even stay. One person in our party uses a wheelchair - we were taken to the back, to what seemed like a storage closet with 4 tables with folding chairs and all the overflow furniture against the walls. HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE for a place where every other corner was so well decorated for Christmas. And I was so looking forward to a nice way to kick off the holidays. Really, really disappointed.

Great location in the heart of the Christmasy stores and close to St Patrick's and the tree. The decorations for Christmas were so fun. That's where the joy ended. We waited 15 minutes for a server for take our order. There were no festive holiday cocktails or specials. Sparkling water arrived room temperature. Cocktails were good. My husband's burger was fine and truffle fries were good but the steaks were inedible. So tough we couldn't cut them let alone eat them. Took the waitress 15 minutes to check on us. I explained the two steaks were awful and the waitress disappeared. I had to flag her down to ask the resolution and she said "oh you mean you don't want to eat it?". Finally a manager removed them from the bill and I got a salad. My son ate the fries and didn't want a replacement. This was not my experience in 2023 but being the menu is lackluster to begin with (there's not even a vegetable side option or side salad with the steak), and the food disappointing. I would only return for drinks at the bar and dine elsewhere. Very disappointing considering we looked forward to this for a long time.

The food was good the ambience was amazing, however the service was just ok. I used to waitress and even on my worse days I wouldn’t look like I didn’t want to be there because i would never want people to get that impression. Also I had asked for a coke 3 times before he finally remembered to bring it to me which by that time i was already done with my meal.

The Christmas decor was beautiful, the service was above average and food was ok. Minimal menu options and the gluten free availability almost nonexistent.

The decor is beautiful and the ambiance of the place is good, However I’m disappointed that there was only 2 bartenders for so many people at the bar, Me and my husband were standing there for 10 minutes and no one asked us what we wanted. My husband ordered the pasta with shrimp and it was a very small portion .

Very busy. Hostess sat us in a tiny, separate room upstairs away from the main dining room. About 10 min after being seated, someone came and moved us into the main dining room. We never even saw a waiter. Someone just came and took our order and then someone else brought out the food. No one came to check on us, give us more water, ask if we needed anything - nothing. Food was mediocre at best. This place is highly over rated and not worth your time or money. The Xmas decorations aren’t even that good. Go to Rolf’s instead.
