   I wanted to share some feedback regarding our visit to your restaurant on Friday, 31st January. We had a booking for four at 8 PM, and while the initial service and booking process were smooth, our experience was let down by the service towards the end of the evening. Our waiter, Rafi (as I was informed), was quite rude when we tried to order a final round of drinks before leaving. It was only 9:30 PM, and we simply wanted a Bellini and a coffee, yet we were abruptly told that the kitchen closes at 10 PM—despite the fact that drinks are, of course, prepared at the bar, not in the kitchen. The response felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I had already overlooked other service issues, such as the waiter not knowing whether the marinara sauce contained clams, pouring our wine before we had finished our cocktails, having to ask for water twice and a 15 minute wait before being served, and generally providing subpar service. However, the abrupt refusal to take our drink order at 9:30 PM on a Friday night was disappointing and left a negative impression. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it significantly impacted our experience. I hope this feedback helps improve service standards, as we otherwise enjoyed our meal.

   The waiters & waitresses are lovely but I got put off because they stand looking at you & one by one they came over and asked if we were ready to order? We’d only just been given the menu & the other staff members stood & saw that. We asked for 10 minute’s but no sooner had that staff member gone there was another at the table! This happened at least 4 times. I asked if we could have half an hour before we had our main course, but 5 minutes after the starter plate was removed the main course arrived. Post the main course we was asked if we wanted dessert, we took the menus & one by one each of the staff asked if we was ready to order so fed up we paid & left. I love your restaurant & the food is really nice, but people will spend more money if you leave them be. Staff need to read the customer better.

   We were a group of 8 on a Saturday night. Very nice welcome from all the staff. Offered drinks as soon as we sat down which was good. We all enjoyed the varied menu served by very friendly staff. The manageress Lorraine oversaw the evening with great efficiency and a smile.
