Patrick's Bakery and Cafe features the best of French and American cuisine. Located in Southdale Square, the restaurant offers guests a warm and inviting atmosphere with a selection of the finest pastries available in the Twin Cities. The menu offers such classics as Coq au vin, Beef Bourguignon, Steak Frites and Escargot. But, classics alone do not make up Patrick's menu. Grilled Salmon, Sea Bass and other coastal selections are available to tantalize your taste buds. Prefer something a little lighter? Try one of our many creative salads. Excellent dinner (between us we had salmon, pumpkin bisque, wild rice soup, beet salad and caprese salad). Good value, service was great (Malika) and everyone was happy.

You can't beat Ladies' Night at Patrick's Cafe! The service is wonderful, the French bread is delicious and unending. Try the escargot. The Fillet Mignon is a steal at $33. On this special night (Mondays and Wednesdays) if you are a gal, and order an entree, your glass of wine is $3 and your scrumptious dessert is also $3! We'll go often!

A great place for a date in the evening. The place is casual at lunch and then levels up in the evening with white linens. Great French food and wine! Reasonable prices and an awesome friendly staff that certainly hustles and handles a fully booked restaurant quite well! Definitely coming back!

Excellent French cafe with all of the well known classic French dishes. Moderately priced with an excellent bakery to pick out great pastries to take home. We go here whenever we are in Edina.

We love this place. Excellent food at a good value. Service can be rushed or spotty, depending on server. One minor point, I ordered coq su vin, which is supposed to be a stew. They served a roasted chicken which was good, just not coq au vin. Pastry is also excellent
