Das März Menü war ein Traum! Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Ein echtes Highlight: Die Crêpe Suzette wird direkt am Tisch zubereitet und flambiert. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Wir kommen wieder!

                                                            In wundervoller wohlig-warmer Atmosphäre haben wir das 4-Gänge-Menü genossen: Klassische französische Küche auf top Niveau mit top Produkten. Was uns aber heute noch zutiefst beeindruckt hat, ist der Hammer Service: Unfassbar gut!!

                                                            Bestimmt war Vieles, was auf unseren Tellern landete, so gewollt. Doch wo die Küche von den klassischen Vorbildern abwich, wurde es problematisch, zB bei der süsslich angelegten Bouillabaisse…und wer mag dann auch noch totgegarte Scampi darin. Super guter Kabeljau neben einem Risotto, das Italiener zum Exodus veranlasst hätte. Die Harmonie einer Chlli/Ingwersuppe durch Einlage von Ziege/Schafskäse zerstört.
