Best Organic Food Restaurants in Rancho Mirage

This was our first time at this restaurant as we were visiting from Minnesota. We had an excellent experience at Wildest - from booking on line (a glitch with the on line booking - I booked a specific time, and was contacted by Michael at the restaurant that the time I chose was a actually booked already and offered an earlier time which we confirmed worked for us) to our wonderful server Paige, and the excellent food. We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers of grilled artichoke and ricotta stuffed squash blossoms, along with our main entrees of grass fed lamb chops and seared duck breast, both were perfectly cooked with very tasty accompaniments and sauces! The Calirosa hibiscus margarita was probably the best margarita I’ve ever had! Our server Paige, was delightful! She was very attentive and took great care of us, as well as other guests around us. The additional staff/servers were also very pleasant 😊 We will definitely visit the Wildest again on our next visit to Palm Desert!

Loved the restaurant, the food and the service. Prices, especially given the fact it was Valentine's Day, were very reasonable. They kept to the original menu with a few added specials which was refreshing. Most places go to a restricted menu with elevated prices. My only negative comment concern how they do or don't inform diners of certain prices. Server asks if you'd like bread & butter. Your response is "Sure" because it's complimentary but not here. It's a $5.00 up charge. Reasonable, yes, but totally unexpected. All menu items are reasonable priced and well prepared. They have a nice wine list, heavy on French wines (figures) but at very competitive prices. All in all I'd say this is a dining delight that we'll come back to again and again all the while remembering there's no free breand and butter.

My wife and I who are regular customers of Si Bon came in for an early Valentines Day dinner. We both began with the White Asparagus soup which was delicious. My wife had the Chilean Sea Bass for her entree and myself the Oregon Sand Dabs. We finished our meal with the Valentine Raspberry Mousse which was superb. They make all their meals and desserts fresh every day.

We have been eating at Daniel's Table for about 15 years and his food is great. This time we had the Calamari Sauce, Cape Grim Boneless Rib Eye, the short rib and the dates. He has speciality wines and I always allow him to choose the red wine. This is a dining experience and you will be seated so that you can see him prepare the meals.

The new ownership has definitely improved the food quality and service. Excellent menu with truly something for everyone. The mixed paella is generous enough to share and the arugula salad with apple was bright and refreshing. Our server, Abby was very attentive and we will definitely go back often.
