- AAnthonyDetroit / Eastern Michigan •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoInitial inspection was pleasant. When you enter the restaurant, you'll see it's well appointed with mostly natural materials (namely stone walls, funky glass vases, and a very pretty open kitchen). The service was attentive, but not overbearing. The only low was the filet tenderloin. While the sauce was delicious, and the visual was amazing, the meat itself didn't quite make the mark. Otherwise, the appetizers and desert were all amazing and performed. In the end, I would highly recommend this as a great fine-ish (not quite casual, not quite fine dining) dining experience.More infoDowntowner Woodfire GrillPrice: Expensive• American• Saint Paul•4.7

- DdarinMinneapolis - St. Paul •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAlways a wonderful experience at Joan's. The food is amazing and we love the fact that it is a family venture. Joan and Susan always remember us - even though we only go there 3-4 times a year. Also love the fact that their 4 course tasting menu does not include a desert course, which we always consider a throwaway. We are patrons for life!More infojoan's in the ParkPrice: Very Expensive• American• Saint Paul•5
- TTerriMinneapolis - St. Paul •11 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoGreat place, highly recommend! Service was excellent and food was great. It is especially nice to be able to carry on a conversation. So many places are so noisy now it is impossible to hear someone seated directly across for you. This is a neighborhood gem for sure. Recommend the Happy Hour discounts. Definitely will be back!More infoThe Howe Daily KitchenPrice: Moderate• American• Longfellow•4.7
