The menus felt fairly sticky, and one of the glasses of wine was delivered to the table with clear lipstick marks along the edge. Our server kindly exchanged the glass, but also commented how the dishwasher often leaves water spots. This seemed odd. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what really made the night special was the way the staff went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for us. The manager, Jesse, was outstanding; his thoughtfulness and attention to detail were unlike anything I’ve seen before. He made sure we felt truly celebrated, adding special touches that made the evening feel even more meaningful. Our server, Zoey (or Zoe), was fantastic as well; friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. This was hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had, and we’re so grateful for the team at The Melting Pot for making our anniversary truly special.
