Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Joule, the mature sibling to Yang and Chirchi’s restaurant, Revel, highlights Korea’s love of beef featuring unconventional cuts accompanied by distinctive and shareable side dishes.Joule takes reservations for 1.75-3 hour time slots (depending on party size).     Dinner was fantastic. Our server asked if we had any time restrictions, as they were busy and we had a show to get to. She was very straightforward about what could be done in time and what to avoid. We ordered accordingly and everything was top notch. Perfect portion size and we were in and out in less than 40 minutes on a busy Saturday night. We will be back!

    Excellent cocktails - the appetizer spreads with pita bread was 'melt-in-your-mouth' delicious. The entrees were generous and very nicely presented .. and delicious as well. Overall experience was a great Valentine's Day dinner. Service was attentive, responsive, and very personable.

    The rice cakes are a staple and delicious as always, the Muscovy duck was new as was the winter root vegetables, which were both excellent. Don't sleep on the sauces they are each nestled in, it takes these 2 dishes to the next level.

    First time to Pink Door and it did not disappoint! Everything we had was fabulous, the service was great as was the atmosphere! I felt at times I was in the 50’s with the decor and music which was fun! They even had real candles! We will definitely be returning!
