Best Restaurants for Foodies in Chantilly

This was our first visit. We started with the four gras and the beet salad, both delicious. We had the lamb for two, prepared with Meyer lemon. It was perfectly balanced, the lemon added to the dish instead of overpowering it and the meat was a perfect medium rare. The staff was attentive and friendly, especially the bartender. We would like to go back on a night when they have their tasting menu available. The only thing that was off was that it was very smoky. I think one of their exhaust fans is broken.

The service is top-notch—attentive, friendly, and always making sure you have everything you need. And the food? Absolutely incredible! The salad bar is fresh, diverse, and packed with delicious options, but the real star of the show is the endless parade of perfectly seasoned, expertly grilled meats. Each cut is juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Whether you love filet mignon, lamb chops, picanha, or Brazilian sausages, there’s something for everyone. I can’t get over how incredible our server was. Elvis immediately acknowledged that we were vegetarians and had accommodations made for even the fixed Valentine’s Day menu. We truly appreciate it. And not to forget, but the food was incredible. I would go back and eat an entire bowl of the beet salata

This was an amazing experience I really enjoyed the fact that from the moment you arrive they make it feel personal as if you and your guest as if you rented out the place.. every dish was explained in great culinary fashion and I love the way each server and host incorporated their knowledge of the dish being served. Hands down one of the premier experiences in the D.C area and a must for impressing any level of company you have. The value is very worth it but the experience is priceless..

We really enjoyed the variety in the menu! Perfect size portions! And the chocolate chip bread pudding was really good!!!
