Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Kenmore

The food was great, we sat at the pass and got to see all the plates being finished, got to speak with Gareth and have all plates explained to us directly after he finished them. Service was quick, never felt rushed even though we accidentally stayed after close. 10/10 as always at Fat Rabbit

We visited here this past September for an overnight stay and loved it. This was our first time coming for valentines dinner since all the other restaurants were booked. Luckily we were able to get a reservation and loved it. They had a nice valentines dinner special that was an appetizer entree and dessert. Quite a few selections to choose. We had a window seat. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly. They accommodated us with a blanket to put next to the window. Very kind. Waitress was great even with it being so busy. She was still able to keep returning to check on us. Meal was delicious. I would book again for next valentine along with throughout the year including another overnight stay

For our ninth Valentine's Day dining pleasure at the Cannery Restaurant, we were greeted with wonderful red roses and a spectacular pair for our specific table as well all arranged by my loving and might I say romantic too Wife . Sure we mulled over the entire dinner menu, trying again as we always do ... just what to have. So this time we had a Manhattan and Cosmos cocktail. I have had a Manhattan in Manhattan, but the Cannery one was even better . We decided on the one hundred dollar Valentine's Day special and we were not disappointed. All the servings were Chef quality and in particular the Mushroom Wellington was superb and it should go on the permanent menu. The Chateaubriand was out of this world with tasting pleasure .... ordered medium Rare . Of course the dessert was another winner from the kitchen , which by the way never ceases to amaze us with the quality of good food forthcoming . Our wine was Italian Pinot Grigio, and worked effortlessly with our dining . The Servers , and once again we were delighted to have Melanie at our table , along with a delightful Blonde Lady . And even though it was busy for the servers , Derek managed to wend his way over to our table .23, and greet us which just made our day more complete. KLB

From the service, to the exceptional 14 course menu, to the wine and of course getting a chance to hang out with an awesomely talented pair of winemakers, Kelly Mason and Brooke Husband, the night was spectacular. It was our first time at Rizzo's and well worth the wait. Every bite was filled with the most incredible flavors! The lasagna was mouthwatering, the chicken parm was the best I have ever tasted, I could go on but there are limited characters here :) but have to mention the brownie with chocolate chip ice cream - never tasted a brownie like it, mind blowing. Special shout out to Connor, Paolo and the service team, they were spot on. Special shout out to the Chef and kitchen staff, they knocked every dish out of the park! I will be back in the spring for bread and sauce at the store when it opens. Thanks Rizzo's, we had a blast!

Matt, the host, sommelier was friendly helpful and knowledgeable, made the experience very enjoyable. Lunch portions are very generous.
