- CCharlesvipHouston •63 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe are regulars, and have never been disappointed. The food is consistently excellent, but the service is incredibly personal with the Owner / Partner, Gianni Baldecchi, setting the pace for everyone. The restaurant has been transformed under this new partnership and we really enjoy it. Lissette was our server for our last visits and is very attentive and a pleasure. The octopus appetizer, Chilean Sea Bass and Cacio e Pepe are a few of the dishes that never miss. We enjoy the entire menu.More infoSorrento Ristorante ItalianoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Montrose•4.9
- AAndreaNew York City •10 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFood and service by Garret was great. We were visiting Houston for the first time in over 20 years when Mi Luna was our favorite place to eat when it was in the Village. The location & ambience is even better in Montrose. The tapas were just delicious. I highly recommend as there’s something for everyoneMore infoMi Luna Tapas Restaurant & BarPrice: Very Expensive• Tapas / Small Plates• Montrose•4.6
- TTyrivipHouston •12 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had the beautiful corner banquet last night for my husband's birthday, it is truly the best seat in the house. The jazz band above on the balcony was fabulous. There were four of us and I was excited to introduce them to this lovely spot. The service is perfect and so welcoming. The steaks are delicious and the little potato crispy "balls" are yummy. Extensive wine list-note that the first part of the wine book has the "Collection", the last two pages have wines by the glass, and just before the last two pages are the "normal" bottles of wine! The sommelier was happy to explain this to me as I searched for a favorite Rhone wine. This is a "special occasion" spot, but you could visit and experience the fun just by being in the lively bar and lounge area.More infoTurner's CutPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Montrose•4.7
- SSeanCleveland / Akron / Canton •34 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis is one of Houston’s best restaurants. Very good steak and arguably even better pastas. The Rigatoni in Vodka sauce is better than Carbone’s and their Lobster fra diavolo is stunningly good. Their Italian favorites like Veal Parm and Veal Milanese are also remarkable. The atmosphere and live piano music is the frosting on the cake. It’s a updated version Gene and Georgetti (Chicago).More infoMarmoPrice: Moderate• Italian• Montrose•4.5
