From the moment we stepped inside the high-scale boutique hotel that houses this gem, we were captivated. The ambiance exudes elegance and class, the lobby itself is a work of art, and the signature scent in the air? Absolutely divine. It sets the stage for an evening of indulgence. Then came the food. The tuna pizza? A showstopper. The duck and filet mignon? Out of this world—expertly cooked, rich in flavor, and unforgettable. And the desserts? The Chocolate in a Cup and Chocolate Cigar with passion fruit mousse are simply unbeatable. The perfect balance of decadence and brightness. But what truly makes this place extraordinary is the elegance and class of the lady owner, who is always present, ensuring perfection. She tends to the tables, supports her team, and makes sure every detail is flawless. Her passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the restaurant. And then there’s Paul. If Salt & the Cellar is a five-star experience, Paul makes it a six. His service was flawless, his timing impeccable, and his passion for hospitality undeniable. Paul anticipated everything before we even asked. Paul made our night perfect. Salt & the Cellar isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. From the breathtaking ambiance to the meticulous attention to detail, it’s a place that lingers in your mind long after you leave. Great food and service and also had live entertainment. Whenever I am in Orlando, I always stop here, great place!

We had a bit of a wait after our reservation time but overall the experience was great! It was fun listening to the band and watching the tap dancers. The food was amazing and Tarin gave excellent service. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they even brought him a complimentary dessert! Highly recommend!

Great restaurant with great food. Service was exceptional at this restaurant. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful with recommendations. Drinks and wine were good. Loved every selection we had. A wonderful leisurely dining experience. The setting was ideal. The prices are very fair. The location is great as you can walk around Disney Springs before or after dinner. We did not have the paella but it looked incredible.

Four of us dined outside. Service and food were excellent. Lovely setting~huge outdoor space as they just removed the pool and it’s now an expanded outdoor seating area. The umbrellas helped shade part of us, but not all. Would suggest getting some sail type coverings so that there can be more shade, especially when the weather gets warmer.
