Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Annapolis

My wife and I went for Valentine's Day and chose the 3 course special. The food was some of the best we have had for quite some time. Everything was perfectly prepared and tasted wonderful. Our server Jared was amazing and attentive without being obtrusive. He offered wonderful wine recommendations based on personal experience and offered the sommelier if we required. The ambience and music was at perfect volume to enjoy and still easily hold a conversation. We will be returning and requesting Jared again.

This was my first time here. Made Valentine’s Day reservations. We were seated immediately, seating was comfortable and we were seated next to a window by the patio which was cool because they had fires on the patio and it made where we were sitting more romantic. They went the extra mile and gave every woman a long stem nice quality rose. All the staff was super nice and helpful with suggestions. Neither of us have done “farm to table” before. They had many options that sounded good and we both had to choose and needed up getting the same thing. The food was great, I couldn’t eat it fast enough 😅 it was a bit pricey but that’s to be expected with the farm to table stuff I assume. Wasn’t so expensive though. We decided we want to go back and try other options soon. Also the interior design was gorgeous. Very cozy ambiance. I definitely recommend trying The Lodge at least once if you are in the Pasadena area. It’s right where green turtle used to be. I would like to thank The Lodge for their help in making our first Valentine’s Day date together a memorable experience

My husband and I don't get an opportunity to go out and eat often and I really wanted to try Ruth's Chris. So, for this Valentine's Day, we decided to go - and we're both glad we did. The service was excellent. They were very attentive, friendly and eager to serve. The food was very good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I just have one concern, and that was the prices. Yes, the food and quality was excellent but I felt it was a bit too costly. We paid over $300, including tip for dinner for 2 people which also included (1) dessert and (2) glasses of wine - not a bottle. We were happy with having the opportunity to experience Ruth's Chris but we're not sure if or even when we'll go back. Thank you.

Classic French food in a brasserie-like atmosphere. Nice affordable wine list with a varied menu and specials. Burrata starter, croque monsieur, and rockfish on focaccia with classic French salads. Like we’d gone back to St. Germain en Laye for lunch! A perfect Valentine’s Day outing.

We had dinner at Rams Head prior to a show we were attending as part of their Premium On Stage Experience which we now take advantage of every time we see a show there. The place was packed but the noise was manageable and our server John(Jon) was friendly, attentive and we were not rushed but made it to our seats 15 minutes before the start of the show. We were also seated next the fireplace which was a plus as it was cold and wet outside. Our meals were very good and as always the Copperhead Ale was excellent. My only criticism has to do with the cost of my meal. I ordered one of the dinner specials, the Drunkn Noodles and the dish was very good and had plenty of shrimp but it was also supposed to have lump crab meat. There was very little crab meat (no lump that I could find) and for the $26 cost I felt there should have been a lot more crab meat. All that said still and wonderful meal and show!
