- BBrandon LeeNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWent for Valentine’s Day, got a great table because we went earlier in the night at 5 PM. Service was attentive, professional, and kind. Asked them to fix a temperature issue with my wife’s filet mignon and they immediately fired it up for resolution. Ambience was great. Food & drinks were 4-4.5/5.More infoBenjamin Steakhouse - WestchesterPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• White Plains•4.7
- DDelsieGreater Boston •14 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe went to George on Valentine's Day. It was not crowded -- it was an early dinner because we had show tickets. The dining area filled before we left. The restaurant is cozy on a cold night, and there was a lovely fireplace in the main room. It's not one of those high-ceiling noisy places -- it's really like one's own dining room where there is quiet conversation. Staff was especially attentive and professional. We started with a plate of fresh oysters. The specials were interesting, and it was hard to choose. We both had sole cooked in different ways. Delicious! The fresh broccoli spears were perfectly al dente. The dessert menu was large and tempting, but I had lemon sorbet since most restaurants do not offer it. I also had a lovely Sangiovese wine. The bar area was a bit more casual in atmosphere, but still a great "date night" destination. Plenty of parking.More infoGeorge Seafood & SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Greenwich•4.3
