Best Fun Restaurants in Guaynabo

We really enjoyed our food. Our waitress was very polite and her suggestions were right on point. Our appetizer was the carpaccio, delicious. My wife had the branzino and I ate ravioli with shrimp and lobster. Overall experience was 6 out of 10. We made our reservation on Open Table and arrived a few minutes before our reservation. The hostess asked us if we had a reservation and she told us that if we mind seating outside because the tables that they had reserved inside the reservations were made before ours. I told her I do mind because there were other customers outside smoking cigars and cigarettes. She then informed us that she was going to make an exception. I felt that these comments were unnecessary. Our table was wagging. We asked three times if they could fix it and it was never fixed. After the appetizer, the food took more than usual to be served. My wife’s branzino arrived without her sides and my food arrived much later. Waiter did apologize for the tardiness and the plates not being served all at once. Our dessert was the alfajor, which was awesome. Our waiter waived us the side charges for the late service, thanked us for our visit, apologized again and asked us to please come back. Overall the food was great. Service could have been better. They might have been short on personnel that night. I would definitely give them another chance.

Great overall experience. Our waitress was indeed great and treated us amazingly well. Only mishap was the manager who refused to seat us on a 4 chair table when there weren’t any other guests in the restaurant. He could’ve remove two seats from the table and offered it to us who were just trying to avoid direct AC vents. He ended up seating another couple later on the same table. Other than that, the service, food and ambiance is amazing.

We celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday and the experience was great. The girls enjoyed the games. The people at the table were able to talk without shouting because the ambiance was quite enough. Nice tv screens, outstanding service, great food. It was a pleasure experience. Recommended. We visited Dave and Buster’s Plaza las Americas San Juan.

Overall a good experience and even though is pretty overpriced, it was a good evening and i would return.

Groups should have a separate space specially if they are celebrating. They pay as other clients do. We want to enjoy the food as as well as the conversation. This is my second time and indeed the last😏
