Much of our concept is based around the heirloom corn of Mexico. We import four types of corn from a collective of heirloom farms in Mexico in order to provide the best product we can. There is a saying in Mexico that we live by at Fonda Fora: "Sin maiz no hay pais," meaning without corn, there is no country. It's truly an experience. All of the food was cooked/seasoned to perfection. Our waiter was unpretentious and happy to explain anything we didn't understand on the menu. He was attentive and kind but not intrusive. Each course brought us more visual delights that were a sight to behold, the flavours were phenomenal. The drink menu is extensive and creative. It was foggy when we went but I am sure on a clear night the views would be spectacular. Stop by this hidden gem, immediately!

We had a wonderful evening celebrating our friend’s birthday and will absolutely be coming back, the food was amazing, the service was wonderful and it was actually pretty quite inside the restaurant which made it way easier to have good conversation!
