Always an amazing meal. Try to eat here at least once a month. Best calamari anywhere. I had scallops and they were fantastic. I’ve also loved the braised short ribs. Carrie, our server was fantastic. I just wish they would bring back the salted caramel budino. The chocolate is really good as well.

Amazing Experience!!! We had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Rumi’s Kitchen in Houston. The ambiance of the restaurant was stunning—warm, inviting, and sophisticated with beautiful lighting and decor that set the tone for a special meal. The food was simply outstanding. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, and each one exceeded our expectations. The Lamb Rack was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The Chicken Barg was juicy and seasoned beautifully, while the Koobideh was richly spiced and paired wonderfully with the aromatic rice dishes. The Zereshk Rice added a unique tart and sweet twist that complemented the proteins. We also tried their appetizers, including the Mast Khiyar and Lamb Hummus, which were fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. To end the meal, the White Chocolate Cardamom Cake and 8-Day Budino were heavenly desserts—light, sweet, and the perfect way to finish. Rumi’s Kitchen truly delivers a fantastic combination of food, service, and atmosphere. This was my first time for lunch and I was surprised how good the lunch menu was. I will visit again.

Excellent restaurant. 5/5 in all areas. Had the Miso Salmon and it was some of the best tasting Salmon I’ve had in a long time. My guest enjoyed their meal as well. Staff is very friendly and everything was served in a timely manner. Best dining experience I’ve had in Houston so far.

Fantastic quality of food. If you enjoy premium quality sushi/Japanese food, you will not be disappointed. Service was also very good.
