Steuben’s is named after a restaurant in Boston that my Great Uncles, Max and Joe, opened in 1945. Steuben's became a famous Boston restaurant, nightclub, and hotspot from the 1940’s to the 1960’s on Boylston Street. The Vienna Room, The Cave, and The Blue Room were all part of the Steuben's space and hosted Big Band, Jazz, and Swing groups with The Rat Pack, proms and sweet sixteens, and more.     Excellent menu. We had scallops and salmon entrees. They thought our food took a little long to come out and comped a dessert which we appreciated but wasn't necessary. Definitely will be back.

    We had the Prix Fixe menu on Valentine’s Day and I was surprised how well executed it was. The handmade gnocchi stood out as outstanding, though the sauce was a little underwhelming. The lamb was cooked perfectly with great flavor. The other dishes were all great and they kept a comfortable pace without feeling rushed on an extremely busy night.

    We went for Valentines and it was our first time there. We chose the restaurant based on the online reviews and the reviews were spot on. We were seated right away. Greeted right away. Service and food were outstanding!!!! We now have a new favorite Italian restaurant for when we are visiting Downtown.

    Very delicious food and very nice ambiance! Felt the price for the quality of food was definitely fair. We got the Gnocchi, Tempura Mushrooms, Pork Collar, Sweet Potato, Carrots and Candy Bar! All delicious. Would come back and get all of these dishes again aside from the tempura mushrooms. They were good, but just a bit heavy and overly fried.
