At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza. Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Everything was great! We went with our baby and toddler and were very welcomed by the staff who were patient as could be. Food was excellent. We loved how elegant the restaurant was and seeing everyone dressed up.

staff is awsome - we have food allergies and they nailed it ( even separated gluten items from non gluten items wo asking - want needed but the extra care made the allergy folks feel safe and happy ). the food across the board is perfect. straight forward italian. they don’t over complicate a dish and let the ingredients do what they should. not sure where their butter is from, but is a delicious and salty irish style. excellent. makes me miss their sister restaurants in NYC that are gone post covid.
