Best Restaurants for Groups in Newport

We ate at the bar. Nick, the bartender, was very accommodating! Such a pleasant person. He helped us decide what to order, was always there when we needed him, but never hovered over us. Such a wonderful person. His partner was very kind and accommodating also. We went for our anniversary and could not have asked for a more special evening. It was a night to remember.

Attentive service, helpful advice on our menu and wine choices, delicious menu -- definitely wait to hear the specials before setting your heart on a dish on the menu. I had a veal special and meat was so tender and tasty; the sauce sublime. A great experience.

The staff was great about fixing a little hiccup that happened with our food order so that we were well taken care of. The music was fabulous (Doug Woolverton with the Groove Merchants), acoustics were great, nice crowd, we'll be back.

First time in newport and this restaurant was an excellent choice for dinner on the water. All the staff were attentive and really made the night special, the food was delicious!
