POM is Fantasy Springs Resort Casino's answer to casino cafes. POM features breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere that's light, airy and modern. Reviewers on Yelp.com give POM 4&1/2 stars out of 5 and for good reason. The food here is of top quality. Chef Freddy Rieger even gets herbs used for cooking and garnish from the garden just outside the restaurant's French doors. The food is inventive yet hearty and the service is friendly and attentive. Patrons can also order cocktails here they won't find anywhere else around Palm Springs. How about a Date Martini or a hand-crafted White Sangria?     We booked dinner for Valentine’s Day because they did not have a preset menu. We started with cocktails then shared a really nice meal. The servers were pleasant and food brought out when we wanted. They did not rush us on a busy night! It was lovely.

    I’ve been coming to Vickie’s for years. It’s been about 8 years since I last made a visit. Valentines Day 2025 was my second visit in the last month. We will be back again on March first for another Bday celebration. I can’t think of a better place to dine in the desert. Our hostess Mercedes was amazing! She had great recommendations and was very friendly and attentive. We look forward to our next visit in a few weeks.

    The service was outstanding. Our hostess and wait staff made our Anniversary and my birthday a very special evening. I had the lobster and it was delicious. It’s my favorite food. That’s why we picked Eddies out from Open Table. The added champagne, little hearts, deserts with beautifully written tribulations and fire dipped flare was spectacular! Eddie V’s classy and lovely ambiance and delightful staff made our night wonderful and memorable.

    WOW! Didn’t disappoint! The double cut pork chop was amazingly tender and delicious. The short ribs were also extremely flavorful. Dodi, of course, is the ultimate hostess with a delightful staff. They all made us feel quite special on our anniversary!
