My husband had the ribeye, which was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and seasoned wonderfully, with a rich, flavorful taste that he couldn’t stop raving about. I chose the sea bass, which was beautifully prepared and had a delicate sweetness to it. While the sweetness was slightly more than I expected, it was still delicious and well-balanced overall. The atmosphere at STK was lively, making it perfect for a date night, and the service was excellent—attentive and friendly without being overbearing. We’d absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great dining experience in NYC. - GGlenNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoA truly exceptional dining experience; we started with the beets and the octopus which were both delicious and had an excellent Californian Zinfandel, the kitchen sent us a complimentary pasta dish which contained uni and lobster, this was also exquisite. For our entrees my date had the truffle pasta which she enjoyed thoroughly, I was going to order the rabbit but after being notified it was not available I went for the duck which was very nice and perfectly cooked. To end our meal we shared the pear miso tart and a scoop of honey and plum icecream. This dessert was so beautiful it pained us to break into it, but the flavors were extraordinary and each bite was bliss. This delicious meal and wine, although pricey, accompanied by warm efficient service made for a perfect dinner and date night.
