Best Hot Spot Restaurants in The Tropicana

Magy and I really enjoyed our Valentines last night with Junior as our server. The rose petals on the table was a real hit (added charge). We had balcony seating (not rotating) and it was actually preferred by us with a nice constant view overlooking the strip. Ambience and noise level was perfect allowing for a more intimate conversation. Service was excellent and constant - food was perfect and the steaks we ordered cooked perfectly along with asparagus and brussel sprouts. Would highly recommend for a romantic evening

We had a great night celebrating my birthday and anniversary at Il Fornaio! The food recommended by the serve, Linguini and seafood grill were so delicious! We were given free dessert due to the celebrations we were having! The price is very affordable! I highly recommend Il Fornaio! ❤️

For Valentines Day, my wife andI had the pleasure of dining at Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House, located within the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The restaurant’s ambiance captures the vibrant essence of New Orleans, creating a lively yet intimate setting. The service was impeccable; our server was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with insightful recommendations. We began our meal with the fried oysters and gumbo—both appetizers were flavorful and set the tone for the evening. For the main course, I opted for the king salmon and mill grits-both packed with rich bold flavor My wife enjoyed the Carolina seafood jambalaya, a hearty dish brimming with perfectly cooked seafood and rich, spicy flavors.. Overall, Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House offers a dining experience that combines exceptional food, outstanding service, and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s a must-visit for anyone seeking a taste of New Orleans in the heart of Las Vegas.

The staff went above and beyond exceeded our expectations on many levels. We were taking a very important trip helping our daughter check off boxes on her bucket list and she’s in hospice. Unfortunately, she was turned off by the risotto which Mom and I tried. It was fabulous. The server all begged her to pick a different option And after some convincing by the server who was amazing she finally did and she loved it. He was on top of making sure her every need was Met along with the rest of us, but he knew that this was on her bucket list and I briefed him privately on what this trip was Him and the remaining staff went out of the way to make this the best meal we’ve ever had I’ve been in the food industry for over 25 years and this staff far exceeded my wildest dreams, extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and respectful, absolutely amazed, almost brought me and my wife to tears with the amount of care for her specifically he added some special touches along with this management approval. I’m sure when I asked to speak to the manager because service like this just doesn’t seem to exist anymore. She already knew who we were by name and he already knew what was going on. She also was amazing. She thanked me for taking time because unfortunately, there’s a lot of Karen’s and Ken’s out there That just wanna complain and I had to stress that they needed. Every expectation we ever had absolutely amazing experience I think I left the largest tip. I’ve left in probably 20 years because I couldn’t believe how amazing they were had hurt and smile. The whole time we got home and my princess absolutely passed out. She pushed herself too hard. She ate too much but she had an amazing evening. Thank you so much to the staff that we had at Hells kitchen You truly helped us check off one of my baby girls bucket list items cannot say enough nice things about them.

This was our first time at the Golden Steer. There were six in our party and we all had a great time. From the greeting from the hostess to our wait staff, we were greeted with smile and a no problem attitude. The table side Caesar salad was absolutely delicous and my filet mignon was cooked to perfection. And I cannot rave enough on how delicous the special mac and cheese was and I am not a fan of mac and cheese but this changed my mind. The kahlua creme brulee was the best way to end our meal. I highly recommend the Golden Steer for food and service. April
