Best Hot Spot Restaurants in Belle Meade

Flagler was very good but for what the prices r should be outstanding. I had the swordfish which was very good but have had the same at other restaurants just as good. Another had mashed potatoes with their dinner and the potatoes were warm to cold. I’m sure I will go back but not as anxious to do so. I will say the service was exceptional. All the wait staff very pleasant and friendly.

Great experience, the menu, the liquor choices, the wait staff, the hostesses. Very noisy but also every table was taken. Would consider outdoor seating next visit, to talk easier.

Great dining experience overall at Spoto’s last night. Bright natural light, high ceilings and white tablecloths contributed to a clean, modern feel in the dining room. There were plenty of staff on hand to fill water, run food and clear plates. Our server Cassie was excellent- both friendly and professional. Answered our questions about the menu with ease. The menu was varied and it was hard to choose from lots of fresh seafood options. Ultimately, we enjoyed the ceviche, shrimp cocktail, crabcake and shrimp and grits. All were outstanding- the flavors complemented each other beautifully and allowed the seafood to take center stage. The bread service was worthwhile- piping hot and plentiful to sop up the yummy sauces. Coffee and dessert finished the meal. We had the excellent chocolate cake- but there were four or five other choices that sounded equally tempting. The Julius Meinl branded coffee service was a really nice touch that ended our dinner on a high note. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great Valentine’s Day dinner for two. James, our waiter, was great to point out items on the menu and was always available when we needed something. The dinner was excellent as everything was fresh and cooked to order. We always have a great time at The Gafford.

We have been to Kyle’s many times. We have never been disappointed. For those who have never been you should go. It is a higher end restaurant (price wise) but I never look at price if the food & service is excellent; not that I don’t have to. We book those restaurants for special occasions. This restaurant should be observed by all restaurants. They have got it all right. From food to service to ambiance. You can dress up or you can go casual. They take care of their employees & you do also and it shows. It was Valentines; we usually go for birthdays & anniversaries. We made a rather early (4:30) reservation thinking it wouldn’t be busy yet but it was also a Friday. They were running about 20 mins behind (which we were notified of when we were on our way) we waited; they gave out roses. Our table was ready they gave us a window seat. The groups of 2’s had a window view. 😍 We were never rushed, the service was still excellent; we had Abby. I asked her how she liked working at Kyle’s. She said she had also worked at their other restaurants. Jensen Beach was her favorite and she said she would never want to work anywhere else; it was like a family. They all work with each other & help each other. My husband asked how the owner was to work for and she said he was the best boss ever. My husband asked if he ever comes to the restaurant and she said all the time in fact he’s right there. We recognized him immediately he had come by the table and talked to us to check on the food & how everything was going. We had thought he was one of the managers; we had been approached by him at other visits. This is a man who knows how to run a restaurant, cares deeply for his staff & his customer’s enjoyment of his food & services. I would save my pennies & go to this restaurant once a year just for the enjoyment of this place. Congrats Kyle G you have created a place that people love to work, care about the people they serve and we love to come to eat👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
