- QQuinnWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoI made reservations with OpenTable during Valentin's Day weekend. We came in and got seated immediately. Our server was Alexa. She was phenominal with giving suggestions for drinks, food, and specials. I got the heavenly eggs, and my fiance got collard greens dip. Excellent. I went with the chicken and specialty waffle of the month, which was red velvet. Crispy, flaky waffle, not overbearing seasoned chicken, and give you the option of whitw or dark meat with you waffles. I also had a side of yams and macaroni & cheese. My fiance got banana pudding waffles and a side of lobster mac. Everything was delicious. We got the special dessert, which was the Strawberry Trifle. So good. Not overly sweet. 10/10 recommend. Now I have got to find the number for them to cater my wedding!More infoKitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley - DCPrice: Expensive• Southern• Downtown•4.2

- KKimballGreater Boston •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a great meal, it was Valentine's Day so they had a pre- fixed menu, which I didn't know was going to be the case when I booked the table. It worked out fine, though I was looking forward to their regular menu or first time dining there. Service was excellent, now at all hurried, despite the busy night, and we enjoyed all 3 courses.More infoGeorgia Brown'sPrice: Expensive• Low Country• Downtown•4.3
- WWilliamWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 4, 2025My goodness, the roux--it is perfect, making the gumbo the best I've had outside of NOLA and H-town in years. That alone made the meal. Also loved the hush puppies (who knew). For my main the pork tender was perfectly cooked and beautifully matched with mustard cream. My friend had the short rib, which I tried and loved. The only misfire was the strawberry shortcake, which was too sweet, breading too dense, and only one strawberry. My friend's bread pudding was superb. The service was excellent, water refilled consistently, food arrived at a nice pace. Kudos to Dauphine's, I'll be back with a cajun spring in my step. Thank you!More infoDauphine’sPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.6
