The restaurant specializes in whole grilled fish, which are flown in from the Greek islands, the shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, and procured from independent North American fishermen. First, our server Dawn was sensational! The celebration centered around my retirement earlier today, and Dawn couldn’t have been more excited and happy for me. Beyond that, our dry aged NY Strip Steaks were prepared perfectly, the creamed spinach and cauliflower au gratin were great complements to our entrees. Finally, my s’mores crème brûlée was magnifique! For my $$, The Chophouse is the finest steakhouse in New Jersey! Scenic views, beautiful interior, always friendly great service and spectacular cuisine. For the record, we’ve been customers there for 22 years and drove 90 minutes to enjoy this fabulous culinary experience… and we’ll, of course, be back! Thank you! ❤️

I forget our servers name but she was the bartender also waiting on the booths. She was extremely friendly and attentive and made a great martini. Great service makes everything better. I love this place.

Absolutely AMAZING! As someone who bought their sausage from Fiorella’s I am blown away by how much of the original charm they kept. This was our 2nd visit and it did not disappoint. First visit was outside, tonight we were indoors. So happy I requested indoors. While enjoying dinner I really got a chance to look around and reminisce about old Fiorella Sausage and my visits as a young girl and a married woman. Oh and those monkfish arancini… delish. The rigatoni with Fiorella sausage and the ricotta gnocchi to die for. Everything was wonderful. Can not wait to go back.
