- JJoeMemphis / West Tennessee •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur meal at Girl & the Goat was wonderful! The service was friendly and helpful. He knew the menu and ensured our experience delicious. We began our dinner with the naan. The dips served alongside were excellent. Next we enjoyed the chickpea fritters that we crisp with creamy inside, accented by pomegranate. We definitely wanted to try the goat empanadas, and were glad that we did. Our next course that we enjoyed were the wood-fired mussels. The broth was delicious. We ended with the roasted pig face. Our server enticed us with dessert. We finished our meal with the apple hand pie. Overall, we loved this place.More infoGirl & the GoatPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• West Loop•4.8
- BbethanyIndiana •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe experience was out of this world. Understandably my boyfriend and I weren’t able to get a reservation for Valentine’s Day so we set one for the day after. We were seated quickly in a cozy booth in a beautifully decorated room. We started with the oysters - the mignonette was delightful! We also shared the steak tartare which we were a little intimidated by at first but really enjoyed. Before dinner I had the professional martini and it really was the perfect drink, followed by their Robert Pampignac Brut with dinner - my boyfriend usually only drinks beer and he said it was unreal! For the main course my boyfriend ordered the venison burger and I ordered the scallops. Both of us were wowed by the quality and flavors of our entrees, everything was perfectly cooked! Our server Iryna was friendly and attentive, she has waited on me in the past and it was such a treat to be served by her again. The Gage has become our favorite restaurant. We can’t wait to visit again!More infoThe GagePrice: Moderate• American• Downtown / Loop•4.7
- KKathleenVIPChicago / Illinois •13 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoEven though it was a busy Valentines Day, our service was excellent, this includes the busboys. We eat here often but this was the first time I ordered pork chops and I wasn’t disappointed. The two big chops were very tender and served in a flavorful sauce with red/green peppers and sliced potatoes. I’m looking forward to eating the other chop for dinner tonight. My husband ordered a pizza which are the best in Chicagoland in my opinion. The sweet sauce gets me every time.More infoPalermo's 95th Fine Italian CuisinePrice: Moderate• Italian• Oak Lawn•4.6
- MMichelleChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had the BEST dining experience at Ken’s on Western! When I made our reservation through Open Table, I asked for a cozy booth for two, as my husband John and I were celebrating an early Valentine’s Day. My request was honored precisely as I had hoped, and we were met immediately by our beautiful and friendly server, Maggie, who wasted no time in procuring me the perfect martini! We both ordered the filet mignon, and they were cooked exactly to order. Sides included chive mashed potatoes and fresh tossed salad and homemade chicken noodle soup. Delicious! Maggie checked in on us multiple times during our meal, replenishing drinks, and then offering dessert and coffee. The turtle cheesecake was outstanding! We had the best(early)Valentine’s date, made extra special by excellent service!More infoKen's on WesternPrice: Moderate• American• Burbank•4.9
