Best Vegan Restaurants in West Vancouver

From booking to departing the restaurant we had an incredible experience from start to finish. The floor team along with the kitchen team are all 100% dedicated to quality, service, and ensuring you are happy. We would have no hesitation to recommend a night at Top of Vancouver.

Went for the Valentine's Day menu. Had high expectations going in and the food and service exceeded our expectations. The food was sublime. My favourite dish was a Hokkaido scallop cooked perfectly with a beautiful sauce and sorbet and sweetness from julienned green apple with a dollop of caviar. Every bit was beautiful. Wanted to lick the plate it was so good. The next course was a soft egg with creamy polenta, black truffles, and a beautifully thin slide of crunchy sourdough that looked like a lace cover. Just beautiful and delicious. Then a steamed seabass which was cooked to perfection sitting in leche de tigre sauce with a salsa that gave it just the perfect amount of heat. The dish was served skin side up which made for a beautiful presentation. The last savoury course was an Australian wagyu zabuton cut. It was served with a beautifully roasted sunchoke and a wonderful bordelaise sauce. Great flavour with a little bit of chew if you like that. Then they served a sweet drink with a bit of a "spark" which was fun and then the dessert which was yummy but very rich and the only part of the meal which I felt could have been maybe lighter? The dessert was lovely but I could not finish it because it was so rich. Chocolate on chocolate on chocolate. Altogether an amazing meal. The service was excellent and everyone from entry to exit was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for making our Valentine's dinner such a memorable evening!

On one of the busiest nights we popped in last minute. Had a 1/2 hr wait and we were so impressed by the service as we watched the Incredible staff navigated to accommodate all the reservations. All while keeping the high standard of food and presentation. Ryan our server was fantastic. With smiles all around I commend the team for their professionalism. Cheers.

Amazing service from an amazing gentleman, brought my sober boyfriend a NA shot for his birthday, and myself one to take with him. We really enjoyed our steak & fries - the steak was delicious and tender. Great selection of beers to choose from as well. We had an amazing night and ended up getting engaged about an hour after leaving. Joey is now going to be a very special place for us. Thank you <3

This vegan restaurant was just a short walk from our hotel, but would have been worth a long cab ride if necessary. They had a very nice selection of vegan options making it both easy and difficult to order. We just will have to return and try some of the other choices. Service was fantastic, anxious to return.
