Best Vegan Restaurants in Castle Rock

We were greeted with an unexpected champagne toast for Valentine’s Day! Such a treat. Cheese board was delicious and plentiful. Our tenderloin was cooked perfectly and the zucchini was really good! Dessert was presented in a fun valentines heart and was decadent. We will definitely be back.

The service and food were amazing. The staff at Linger were very kind, helpful, and courteous. The food was all around top quality. It was a specialty 4 course Valentine’s Day menu, by my girlfriend and I were very pleased with the choices and look forward to taking another night out at Linger to try the rest of the menu.

Lovely time, as always! The menu has changed a bit (for the better, we think!) over the last few years. The seasonal changes are always interesting. Lots of options for everyone and just a really chill vibe. We had the pleasure of being served by Carla who was so sweet (our friend was chilly from a wintery trek from his car, so she brought him a hot water to wrap his hands around) - so thoughtful! We had a lovely time and will be back.

Absolutely delicious, our go-to date night spot. Excellent food (the short rib dish w risotto is to die for). Always great friendly service, yummy drinks too
