Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Portola Valley

It was raining. A manager meet us with umbrellas outside One friend was ushered in as she was using a walker and I used the other brought out to me to help the other 88 year old friend. We were ushered to the table chairs were pulled out for us to be seated!! Never have I felt so cared about. The hospitality was amazing! There is a tranquility and peace in the eloquent but casual environment overlooking the harbor and water On one wall separating the bar from the dining area is a huge aquarium where jellyfish float aimlessly The food served for lunch was excellent ! Always excellent. Very much like a bistro in France. Small and very personal.

Food was amazing. Chef Scott has a special touch. Each dish was a masterpiece by itself. Service was beyond good. Garret was super attentive and caring. GM was very gracious. One of the best places in S Bay.

We loved our evening at Anatolian Kitchen. Several members of our party had the chicken shish kebab and one had the lamb shish kebab. Excellent! The staff was also very attentive.

I haven’t had Chinese food like this in years. We enjoyed every plate was fabulous. We were drooling as the Peking Duck as the the cart rolled by, but we will be back and to try the Peking Duck on our next venture to I imperial treasure
