- JJuanSan Francisco Bay Area •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe went to Koko for a late lunch, and it was an amazing experience! The weather was fantastic, making the outdoor seating the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing meal. We started with the guacamole, which was good—nothing extraordinary—but the big, round chips it came with were a nice touch. The short ribs tacos were exceptional, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The highlight of the meal was definitely the sea bass with green mole—a dish that was both unique and absolutely delicious. For dessert, we tried the flan, which was soft, not too sweet, and a perfect pairing with a cortadito. For drinks, we ordered a passion fruit margarita and a tamarindo margarita, both refreshing and well-made. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and the food was served quickly, which added to the overall experience. The combination of great food, fantastic weather, and a comfortable outdoor setting made for a memorable afternoon. I’ll definitely be back to try more!More infoKOKOPrice: Moderate• Mexican• Coconut Grove•4.8
- ZZenaMiami - Dade •2 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoThey ran out of the seasonal dessert which was recommended to us by the waitress. Then they ran out of coffee beans for a simple coffee. The steak and tortellini was overhyped and didn’t live up to the vivid menu/waitress description. Tasted more like a mushroom sauce rather than the black truffle sauce. The new salmon sushi was pretty good but the rice wasn’t sticky rice and it fell apart. Overall not bad but could be better.More infoEarls Kitchen + Bar - DadelandPrice: Expensive• American• Kendall•4.6
- YYolyNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoFinally, a steak house closer south for foodies in Miami! Located in a non-descript area, behind a Starbucks, you walk into this restaurant and get transported to one of the fancy places in Wynwood or Coral Gables. The food is fire!!! Steaks are treated with amazing spice and torched with rosemary at your table. The tuna tartar rocked and the dessert what nothing else but a visual and taste experience! Make a reservation and go as soon as you can, before it gets too hard to get in.More infoPlatea Prime Steakhouse & Ceviche BarPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Pinecrest•4.9
